Your New Bowl Has Arrived, Now What?

Your New Bowl Has Arrived, Now What?

The bowl will arrive in two main parts: The bowl itself, and your chosen colour of float!

Before starting, give the bowl a good rinse. This helps your dog's incredible sense of smell recognise the bowl as part of the house and will help with water source association.

The bowl holds 2.1 litres of water but you don’t have to fill it all the way if you don’t want to! In fact, if your dog is an extra messy drinker we recommend filling the bowl up to just below the indicator's biggest paw and see how you go!

PS: Make sure the bowl is placed on a stable surface to allow the rubber grip feet to do their job!

Step 2: Place float in bowl

Using the centre hole, make sure the 1 piece float is the correct way up (“Place nose here” is readable.)

Step 3: Twist the locks to keep the float is place (especially useful if you have a curious dog)

Step 4: Introduce your dog to the bowl

Every dog is unique so this step may vary for everyone.

Most dogs will take to the bowl naturally, and pretty quickly but don’t worry if you need to offer a little encouragement at first (especially if they have never used a bowl like ours before).
